Dave & Jana,

Hope you remember us, Davy Crockett!! We are members at Brooklyn Center & Dave, you used to take care of Tyler while we ladies had Tuesday morning bible studies. Ed & I just returned from Togo. Our daughter Regan is teaching the children of the Kara team. We also spent a few days with the team in Tabligbo. Reconnected with Louise Koonce, who we knew as a teenager in Alabama. We would love to reconnect with you two also. I was reading how your family has grown since Sophia! May God bless you all.

Hello there,
My name is Kylie Fleming and I live with my husband, Alastair, son Cameron (10) and daughter Rowena(8)in Western Australia. It's a long story but I have a huge love and heart for the Rwandan people that has grown over the years. Last year I was able to finaly get there for 2 weeks with a group called Day 4. We worked with a church situated on Mount Kigali. I am a Primary school teacher and my heart went out to the children who could not attend school. I want to help them but am not sure how. I actually want to find out about the Kigali International Community School to see if our children could go there and continue their education should we be called to Rwanda for long term. Can you help me find out any information? I am having trouble accessing their website. Any information at all would be helpful. I can be contacted at kyfleming@gmail.com

Dave and Jana,
My husband Dean and I met you at your home last December(2007) when we were visiting with Dwight and Brenda Jackson. We have been in constant prayer about how God can use us to take part in His ministry in Rwanda ( serving in the country, hosting college students in our home in San Antonio, etc) But what we continue to feel a strong leading towards adoption. I am a social worker who currently conducts home studies for foster and adoptive families in San Antonio, and I've seen how much adoption can change a child's life and the lives of everyone in the adoptive family as well. We don't know if God will eventually lead us to other ministries in Rwanda, but we know that right now we have the love, resources and willingness to adopt two siblings. I remember that while we were in Kigali, you were hosting a couple who was adopting. My question is- Do you still help facilitate adoptions? Also- our children are 13,11, and 8. We would love to adopt a brother and sister between the ages of 1-8. May God Bless you,
Melissa Roberts melissa.k.roberts@sbcglobal.net
