Dr. Nsenga spoke at Quail Springs Church of Christ during his visit to Oklahoma City this week. Dawn Shelton recorded the following quote from the beginning of Dr. Nsenga's comments (paraphrased):

"Miracles are happening in my country. I know this because no one purposefully comes to Rwanda! (and he showed us a slide of a map). Dave Jenkins and his family came and got stuck! I know when these things happen, it is because of our faith.

"The power of reconciliation and forgiveness is real and very powerful. As Rwandenese, we have an obligation to be involved in this reconciliation, not just the government and programs."

Dawn reports: "It was a great night, and very important. It was very clear that God will use this opportunity to further [the Jenkins'] work there and will open many roads. I pray God will use this to make [the Jenkins'] day-to-day physical life better - to unravel headaches of red tape and induce sleep! And that more people will experience the hope and salvation of Jesus through these connections."
